How to change the password for my Customer Portal?

You can change the password on the Change Password page.

Password is set on Change Password page that can be accessed through user menu on the top panel.

If you forget your password, please click on Forgot Password? on the log in page.

You will be asked to enter your registered First Name, Last Name, and Email address to receive a link to reset your password.

Note

Changing your Customer Portal's password does not change your trading account's password.
