Guidance on Canceling and Deleting FXDD Accounts
Regarding account deletion or cancellation, we regret to inform you that due to regulations for preventing money laundering and criminal usage, we must retain customer information. Thus, we cannot officially cancel an account. However, it is possible to suspend or deactivate your account. Please note that even if the account is suspended, it will still be counted as one of your held accounts.
Understanding the above, if you wish to deactivate your account, please contact our company via email and provide the account number, account holder's name, and email address you wish to deactivate. To suspend an account, it is necessary to have a balance of zero, so please make a withdrawal or move the funds.
Furthermore, accounts with a balance of zero and no transactions for over 6 months will be subject to suspension. Accounts with a balance of zero are not charged an account maintenance fee, so you can leave them as is without any procedures.
While we cannot delete account information itself, it is possible to remove it from the portal and make it invisible. If you wish, please provide your account number via email again and request to make it invisible on the portal.
