      How do I open a demo account?

      FXDD offers free demo accounts to any one who is new to trading or looking to test strategies with real time market pricing.

      Demo accounts are a great way to get a feel for live trading. We want our customers to feel comfortable trading on our platforms before placing real money in an account. 

      To open a demo account please follow the steps below: 

      1. Register for a demo account by visiting the FXDD Website and clicking on Start Trading from the menu options.
      2. Once on this page you will click on Demo Account
      3. You will be redirected to the demo registration page where you will fill out the form and select the platform of your choice from the drop down list.
      4. After completing the form click on Submit.
      5. You will be redirected to the platforms main page.  Continue to download the platform from this page. 
      6. You will also receive an email with the download link. 
        • If you selected FXDD's proprietary WebTrader platform you will be provided with your demo account login details.
        • If you selected MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 you will need to follow the instructions in the Demo Setup Walkthrough article which can be found here.
