How do I close my FXDD account?

Kindly make a request to our Customer Support team to close your account.


Please send an email to support@fxdd.com with your trading account number to request to close your account. A member of our Customer Support team will assist you with the process. Prior to closing your account, please ensure that any open positions are closed and request to withdraw any remaining balance. In certain instances, you may be required to provide updated KYC documents. 

Kindly note that we cannot delete a trading account. Thus, closing an account will result in that account being disabled and deactivated on our systems.
